General Data Protection Regulations
On May 25th 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force. This is designed to create common privacy requirements across the EU. Even though the UK voted for Brexit, the GDPR was still adopted here.
Bedfont Football & Social Club hold and process certain information about our members.
Most of this information is what is known as “personal data” in other words, it is information from which individuals can be identified.
For legal purposes, Bedfont Football & Social Club is known as the “Data
Controller”, as we decide the purposes for and means by which the personal data we hold is processed. We must do so fairly and lawfully.

processing the above information about you as it is needed for us to maintain the clubs records and to comply with our obligations towards the County Football Association and Football Leagues we are registered.
