Hall Hire


Our hall is available for hire to Members and Non-Members. Check if the date you require is available by either speaking to the bar staff or emailing: hall@bedfontfc.com
or phoning Vicky Shaw 07595 403604.

Bring your £100 deposit and your membership card or suitable ID e.g. Driving Licence or valid Passport.

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT.

PLEASE NOTE: Membership cards will not be permitted or taken at any function regardless.

All hirers are asked to respect the Bedfont Football & Social Club rules and regulations and ensure you treat the facilities with care. Disrespectful behaviour or Foul language will not be tolerated on the premises at any time.

Hall Hire Tariff:

Members £100.00
Non-Members £150.00

Some Saturdays may not be available during the football season.

All bookings are subject to a £100 deposit which is returnable on the Tuesday after the event, depending on T&C's being met, on the Hall Hire form.

Bar extensions are available until midnight at an extra cost but are not available on Sundays. Please ask for more details.

  • Christenings/Baby Showers - Price on Application (depending on day/hours)
  • Funerals/Wakes - No Charge for Hall Hire
